Rapport sur les consultations communautaires francophones

La mise en œuvre des consultations francophones en Ontario est née du besoin d'approfondir et d'élargir les conclusions générales tirées des consultations initiales 211Ontario.ca, qui se sont déroulées de novembre 2006 à janvier 2007. Répondre aux besoins des communautés francophones est un facteur de succès essentiel pour 211Ontario.ca : les adhérents se sont engagés à améliorer l'accès à l'information sur les services à la personne pour les francophones en Ontario, en consultation étroite avec ceux-ci, et en collaboration et partenariats avec les fournisseurs de services en français.
