The final draft for the Terms of Use for 211 Ontario web sites includes the inclusion/exclusion policy for 211 sites.
The 211 Ontario Terms of Use were
developed in consultation with the Information Resources Working Group, and finalized under the guidance of an intellectual property lawyer. The information specifically relates to the 211 database however, individual centres are welcome to adopt the basic policy for local I&R database initiatives.
