Certification Preparatory Workshops are designed to provide participants with practical information related to either the CIRS or the CRS exam. For more information on Prep Workshops, contact customerservice@findhelp.ca
Workshops are regularly held in and around Toronto, Ontario by Findhelp Information Services.
Exams for Certified Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS) and Certified Resource Specialist (CRS) are based on the AIRS Standards for Professional Information and Referral. CIRS and CRS creditials are recognized across North America.
HOW DO I APPLY?
Click here >> to download the application form. The Certification Application Form is for all applicants whether they are new, retaking the exam or recertifying. This application can be used for both the United States and Canadian certifications. Completed applications, supporting documentation and payment must arrive at least 30 days prior to the test date.
Exam prices - Canadian dollars:
AIRS/InformCanada member $ 80
Non-AIRS member $250
Exam Retake (Same price for everyone) $ 40
Recertification – Canadian
AIRS/InformCanada member $ 50
Non-AIRS/InformCanada member $200
